At Show Masters Production
Logistics, Inc., we fulfill personnel needs, local equipment outsourcing and
storage, management, logistical planning and execution for event production,
scenery, permanent display and event systems, and exhibit install and
dismantle services. Based in Texas, we also operate in Georgia and Florida,
serving most major cities in each state on a local basis and serving any
other location on a travel basis.
We supply our services for any
type of event or installation across four divisions:
Show Masters Production:
Whether your event requires stagehands, riggers, technicians, management,
management assistance or any other position, our Personnel Coordinators (our
hirers) follow detailed event-specific guidelines to select the personnel
appropriate for the type of event. Project managers, technical directors,
and stage managers and production assistants are available as well to meet
any show management needs you may have. We also support your equipment
sourcing needs with our local network of vendors.
Installation Masters: Our
full-service permanent installation division specializes in the installation
of permanent exhibits and production systems. Design, consultation,
equipment sourcing and sales, systems installation and fine-tuning, training
for your in-house staff, event staffing and maintenance cover the spectrum
of services that make Installation Masters your single source for permanent
installation.
SMPLy Scenic: Implementing
effective new designs for standard inventory elements, our stock scenery
brings ease and quickness to the set up, which affects your labor budget.
We also do custom pieces to your specifications, providing consultation to
best implement your vision. And though our inventory continues to grow, our
network of vendors supply us with a full spectrum of services to fully
accommodate the scenic aspects of your event.
Show Masters Exhibits I&D: The
Show Masters Exhibit Install and Dismantle division sets its focus on
providing well-seasoned, well-equipped and accommodating specialists to make
your exhibit a success. What makes us unique is that in addition to our I&D
personnel, we also accommodate all of your production crewing and local
audiovisual and lighting equipment sourcing needs. We don't use our I&D
labor to staff our audiovisual and lighting production crews... we use
production personnel.
The strength of our service
all comes down to the people we have in place to serve you. One of the
roots of our hiring qualifications is hiring our personnel based on work
ethic. Our personnel are also rated and categorized based on
professionalism, knowledge, talent, experience, appropriateness per type of
event, and a feedback system that operates between and among our hirers, our
crew leadership staff and our company. Our crew leadership is carefully
chosen and trained to carry out Show Masters’ standards of communication
with our clients and smooth management of our crews. Show Masters’ feedback
process constantly serves these goals with information to always improve
upon our quality of personnel and methods.
Another distinction that sets
us apart is our technical personnel. We don’t believe in placement of under
qualified personnel. It’s all about your project. The best technicians and
management people are at hand no matter what size event, and our standards
reflect the practice of providing the best for the budget available as if we
were paying for the event ourselves. We also recognize that providing labor
for different types of projects has the need for specialization in certain
positions. We hire specific to the job. That’s one of our key focuses.
Show Masters believes in

satisfy your needs. It takes people to make an event possible, so people
have to be a huge consideration. Of all the things involving an event, let
